Instructions for Loading container 

After early communications : inquiry, quotation,preparing hanger samples, samples sending out to oversea,order confirmation,

confirmation of packaging requirements, arrangement of deposit, start of production, completion of production, final payment,

then we will arrange the shipment for our customers.

In order to ensure that the goods can arrive at the port designated to the customer safely,

firstly we always pack our clothes hangers in 5-layer corrugated carton.

Compared with ordinary cartons, 5-layer corrugated cartons have 4 obvious advantages :

2) Protect the product

3) High cost performance

4) Recyclable and environmentally friendly

If we pack the luxurious wooden hangers for garment displaying,

as it is heavy, we also wrap the custom wooden hangers with pearl cotton to protect them;

For plastic hangers and metal hangers that are not heavy in weight,

we put a layer of soft packaging material on each layer to avoid friction on the hanger when shaking during the transportation.

If there is a pallet requirement, we will also prepare the pallet according to the customer’s requirements, so that it is more convenient to load and unload the products.

Secondly, our factory has a set of strict container loading standards as follows:

1.When the container arrives at our factory, we will first check the license plate number, container number, and seal number;

2.After confirming the container and the corresponding products, we will clean the container to prevent the dust on the container from dirtying our hanger packaging;

3.We have printed the packing list in advance and give it to our workers, and let the workers load the container according to the list;

4.Our factory has warehouse managers who checks the loading list throughout the process to avoid missing or wrong loading;

5.Photos are taken during the whole process and send them to our customers, so that customers could clearly understand the whole process of loading their container and the condition of hangers when they see the photos.
