The production of wood coat hangers are mainly divided into six major processes:
Cutting – Imitation - Tenoning - Polishing – Paint – Assembly
But there are different detailed production processes during each process.
1) Cutting
This is the first step for making wood hangers.
Our skilled workers will sort the wood raw material and cut into designated dimension;
Line out the hanger shape on the board and saw against the line and cut off the unnecessary wood
2) Imitation
Imitation the edges,the back,the bottom,the top of the hangers
3) Tenoning
There are 2 leaves of a solid wood hanger ,one is concave,the other is protruding
Joint them together and stick the two leaves as a pair
4) Polishing
Polishing the whole hanger to make the surface more smooth;
Make up the soil : To fill the bottom hole, seams, cracks, material boreholes
5) Paint
Need two times primer and one time topcoat.
The primer determines the feel and color of the paint and the finish determines the brightness of the hanger
6) Assembly
After the paint drying,need to install the accessories,such as the metal hook,the pant bar,the anti-slip strip,the logo,the package
